What if you could simply ask an AI assistant what is happening in your environment and receive actionable insights? In this session, we'll explore how to build a custom Grafana MCP (Model Context Protocol) server that enables AI assistants to interact directly with Grafana. We'll walk through designing MCP tools that can query dashboards, retrieve metrics, analyze alerts, correlate logs, and assist with root cause investigations.
