Dies ist ein fortlaufender Call for Speakers für die Meetups von Cloud Native Münster – es gibt keinen festen Einsendeschluss. Reiche deinen Talk einfach jederzeit ein. Wir sichten Vorschläge laufend, melden uns bei dir und stimmen gemeinsam einen passenden Termin für ein kommendes Meetup ab.

• Infrastructure as Code – Terraform, Pulumi, Crossplane & Co.

Bedingungen für Einreichungen

• Formate: Vortrag ca. 30 Min. inkl. Q&A.
• Sprache: Deutsch oder Englisch – beides ist willkommen.
• Level: Von Einsteiger-freundlich bis Deep Dive – alles ist gern gesehen.
• Herstellerneutral: Wir sind eine Community-Veranstaltung. Talks sollen lehrreich und praxisnah sein – Produkt- oder Verkaufspräsentationen sind nicht das Richtige für unsere Bühne. Ehrliche Erfahrungsberichte über konkrete Tools sind ausdrücklich willkommen.
• First-Time-Speaker? Ausdrücklich erwünscht! Wir unterstützen dich gern bei der Vorbereitung.

Ablauf

• Kein fester Einsendeschluss – der Call ist dauerhaft offen.
• Laufende Sichtung: Wir schauen uns eingehende Vorschläge fortlaufend an und melden uns bei dir.
• Terminfindung: Angenommene Talks planen wir gemeinsam in ein kommendes Meetup ein – du musst dich also nicht auf ein bestimmtes Datum festlegen.

Was wir bieten – und was nicht

• Bühne & Publikum: Eine engagierte lokale Cloud-Native-Community.
• Verpflegung: Essen und Getränke am Event-Abend sind für dich frei.
• Kein Honorar / keine Reisekostenerstattung: Wir sind ein kostenloses, ehrenamtlich organisiertes Meetup und können keine Reise- oder Übernachtungskosten übernehmen.
• Aufzeichnung/Fotos: Es kann sein, dass wir fotografieren oder aufzeichnen.

This is an ongoing Call for Speakers for the Cloud Native Münster meetups – there's no fixed deadline. Just submit your talk any time. We review proposals on a rolling basis, get back to you, and coordinate a slot at an upcoming meetup together.

What we'd love to hear about

• Kubernetes & Orchestration – from your first cluster to running at scale
• Infrastructure as Code – Terraform, Pulumi, Crossplane & friends
• Platform Engineering & Internal Developer Platforms (IDPs)
• CNCF projects – Prometheus, Envoy, ArgoCD, Cilium … Sandbox to Graduated
• Observability, Security & Reliability in distributed systems
• Local success stories – how your team solves real-world cloud challenges
• Anything else cloud native – surprise us!

Submission conditions

• Formats: Talk ~30 incl. Q&A.
• Language: German or English – both welcome.
• Level: Anything from beginner-friendly to deep dive.
• Vendor-neutral: We're a community event. Talks should be educational and practical – product or sales pitches aren't a fit. Honest experience reports about specific tools are very welcome.
• First-time speaker? Especially encouraged! We're happy to help you prepare.

How it works

• No fixed deadline – the call stays open continuously.
• Rolling review: We look at incoming proposals as they arrive and get back to you.
• Scheduling: Accepted talks are slotted into an upcoming meetup together with you – no need to commit to a specific date when you submit.

What we offer – and what we don't

• Stage & audience: An engaged local cloud native community.
• Food & drinks: On the event evening, on us.
• No fee / no travel reimbursement: We're a free, volunteer-run meetup and can't cover travel or accommodation.
• Recording/photos: We may take photos.
