The Cloud Native Lomé is the official CNCF Community Group based in Lomé, Togo.
We bring together tech enthusiasts, professionals, and students passionate about Cloud Native technologies and the CNCF ecosystem, who are eager to learn, share, and grow together.
Our mission is to build a vibrant local community that explores how modern infrastructure and open-source technologies are transforming the way we develop, secure, observe, and operate software systems.
Join us as we dive into topics such as DevOps, DevSecOps, Observability, Monitoring, Platform Engineering, Automation, CI/CD, and much more, learning from real-world use cases, open discussions, and hands-on experiences.
Cloud Native technologies empower organizations to build and run scalable, resilient, and secure applications in dynamic environments such as public, private, and hybrid clouds.
Through our meetups, we aim to bridge the gap between learning and practice, enabling members to experiment with tools like Kubernetes, Docker, Prometheus, Grafana, OpenTelemetry, Istio, Cilium, Linkerd, and ArgoCD — while encouraging local collaboration and mentorship.
All Cloud Native Lomé events are governed by the Linux Foundation Code of Conduct available at https://events.linuxfoundation.org/code-of-conduct/
We are committed to creating a welcoming, inclusive, and harassment-free environment for everyone, regardless of background or experience level.
We would love to hear from you if you’re passionate about Cloud Native, want to share your experience, or wish to speak at one of our upcoming events!
