    An agent is only as good as what your infrastructure lets it read: your IaC, your monitoring, your runbooks, your repos. Over the last few months we've rebuilt on-call at Keboola around that idea. Agent-assisted triage and investigation, drafted post-mortems, and infrastructure changes that reach production as pull requests rather than as an agent with write access. I'll walk through the foundations that make this work, what we got wrong on the way, and where a human still has to take over. With a demo and real numbers on cost and quality.
