Every tool, platform and practice in this world plays a role, the same way species do in a real ecosystem. Kubernetes is the apex species shaping the terrain. Observability tools are the scouts, always watching. CI/CD pipelines are the migration routes everything moves through. SREs and platform engineers are the rangers keeping the whole thing from tipping into chaos.

Through talks from people who actually live in this habitat, we will map out who plays what role, why they exist, what happens when one species disappears or overgrows, and how, somehow the whole system finds balance.
