Merge Forward: Neurodiversity Working Group Monthly Meeting

Our Core Objectives:

• Create pathways for neurodivergent individuals into cloud native and open source

• Empower visibility of neurodivergent members within the cloud native community

• Build community for networking, learning, and mutual support

• Publish guidelines for accessible and inclusive events, presentations, and conferences

  • What barriers currently exist for neurodivergent professionals in cloud native/open source?

  • What existing resources or initiatives are working well?

  • What gaps do we see that this working group can address?
