• Focus Areas: Governance models and decision-making; policies and processes for consumption, contribution, and releasing open source; aligning legal, security, and engineering; supply chain risk management and SBOM practices; compliance and automation; developer workflows and enablement; measuring project health
• Format: practitioner-led workshops featuring case studies and discussions to capture patterns and recommendations
• Outcomes: Reusable resources such as playbooks, checklists, and implementation guidance that organizations can adapt to their context
