Cloud Native Surat

Our mission is to educate, connect, and grow the local cloud native ecosystem by organizing regular meetups, hands-on workshops, technical talks, study groups, and community-led events focused on Kubernetes and the broader CNCF ecosystem, including observability, platform engineering, GitOps, service mesh, cloud native security, AI infrastructure, and open source technologies.

We want to create opportunities for local engineers and students to:

Learn cloud native technologies from industry experts and community members. Explore and contribute to CNCF and other open source projects. Network with practitioners, maintainers, and technology leaders. Develop as speakers, organizers, and technical contributors. Foster an inclusive and welcoming environment where everyone can learn regardless of experience level.

Our organizing team has experience organizing technical community events, workshops, and meetups for cloud practitioners in the Surat region. We plan to apply that experience to build a sustainable, welcoming, and vendor-neutral Cloud Native Community Group focused entirely on CNCF technologies and open source collaboration.
